“The American Werewolf” made his first appearance for PCW at One But Not Forgotten, the first anniversary PCW show in August 2012. Richards, a former ROH World Champion would look to add the PCW Heavyweight Championship to his resume that night when he competed in a Fatal 4 Way alongside champion T-Bone, Lionheart and Dave Mastiff. Unfortunately, Richards wouldn't walk away with the gold but the beating he inflicted on Dave Rayne earlier in the night have helped soften the blow, somewhat.

Richards returned to PCW in October 2013, firstly for Final Fight. He would compete twice that night, first defeating British scene veteran, Robbie Dynamite and then teaming with Michael Elgin to challenge Rampage Brown and T-Bone for the PCW Tag Team titles. A former ROH World Tag Team Champion and IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion, Richards certainly knew his way around doubles competition but it wasn't enough to capture the tag team belts.

Later that month at Fright Night 2, “The American Werewolf” would clash with “The Bastard”, Dave Mastiff. A classic bout ensued with Mastiff edging out a victory. Richards took the microphone after the contest and thanked the PCW fans for their support and Dave Mastiff for the incredible match. He urged fans to keep their eyes peeled for his next move.

After a brief stop in WWE developmental league, NXT, Richards and his partner Eddie Edwards headed to TNA where they currently hold the TNA World Tag Team Championship.
