Fiery haired, Scottish siren Kay Lee Ray proved an instant hit with PCW fans. Athletic and beautiful in equal measure, Ray was welcomed with open arms by the Preston faithful upon her debut.

Kay Lee Carmel Jacobs have waged a UK-wide war in British wrestling over the last few years.

This war would make it's way to Preston in April 2012 as the two would clash at the Never Give Up event. Carmel Jacob would emerge victorious in this round after brilliant performances from both women.

Kay Lee would break down barriers later that night in conjunction with Carmel as both women participated in the PCW Rumble, a predominantly male environment. At this point, Kay Lee would run into problems with bullying chauvinist, CJ Banks. The Southport native seemed to take exception to a female competitor being involved in the contest and did his utmost to humiliate the gorgeous Scotswoman. After succeeding in roughing her up for several minutes, Ray managed to eliminate Banks with a perfectly timed drop-kick.

A furious CJ Banks would clash with Kay Lee at the first anniversary show, One But Not Forgotten in August. Kay Lee entered a gutsy performance but was defeated. She would bounce back the following month with a victory over April Davids.

In October at Halloween's Fright Night event, Kay Lee Ray and Carmel Jacob would continue their rivalry in a wild No Disqualification contest. The two feisty females would brawl all over the arena that night in a heated battle in which Kay Lee avenged her defeat earlier in the year by picking up the win.

After becoming a massive hit with the PCW audience, Kay Lee was deemed to have earned the opportunity to face TNA star Angelina Love in November. Kay Lee took the former Knockouts Champion to the limit before being defeated.

In February 2013 at Road to Glory, Kay Lee and Carmel Jacob would clash again in singles action with Carmel picking up the victory.
